Hope is within reach

Yes it is true - hopelessness/depression/disillusionment is a growing epidemic in the world today... and i have seen its effects.... just last month i went through it, and mind u, it wasn't that easy. In exiting this torturous time, I have opened my eyes to the world and seen that many of my friends are entering (or have been going through) times like these. If it means anything, please take the following words seriously: Hope is within reach. You've probably heard it many times, but from what I have been through, trust me, it is true. Life does go on... and it's a fact that it's not always enjoyable - there will always be tough times. But I know that for me, I have God to turn to. Some of you may be thinking: "hey another Jesus freak!" Well, whatever you say or think won't waver me, and it certainly won't to God justice - because I have experienced what He has done in my life. Without Him, I would probably still be down in the depths, my life slowly rotting away. But He has given me hope, and I know what He carries me through the toughest times. So, if any one out there feels like life is hopeless - know for a fact that there is hope, and it is certainly within reach.

Buggered to the Bone

...can bones be buggered? I dunno, it has a ring to it.... Well, as the title implies, I've been stressed to the max at uni.... being the toughest semester I've faced, it seems that the drawback of studying hard is the fact that I'm beginning to miss a lot of my friends... seems to me I've been quite anti-social lately... truth of the matter is, I haven't been feeling myself lately - but I'll leave the explanations for a later date. My sincerest apologies if I've snubbed anyone out there... there's quite a lot on my mind at the moment.... and the uni workload doesn't at all help. Just this week alone I've had to complete 3 lab reports (each are about 15 pages plus another 10-15 pages of appendices), prepare for yet another lab (each lab is a 3 hour session), and study for a midsemester test. All in one week... God help me!! Anyway, there's a 2 week break coming up - I wish I could find the time to socialise - but then again I'll prolly spend the entire fortnight catching up on work... sigh...

Testing...1...2

Hmm... hello world.... haha the classic two word test-sequence every computer geek is aware of... Well, I'm not a geek - well at least not yet... for those of you who don't know I'm studying Computer Science and Elec. Eng. .... anyway, since heaps of my friends are doing it, why not have an online journal - problem is, they rarely last long huh? ... well, we'll see...
